Secrets Blueprint

The Secrets Blueprint is the centralized secret management solution of the platform: secrets are encrypted with SOPS and per-stage KMS keys in Git, synced to SSM Parameter Store by CI, and consumed by workloads through External Secrets and the AWS SDKs. This overview section is public.
